*Shipping Notification* Due to the busy spring season, orders will ship up to three business days after placement e.g. orders placed Monday may ship Thursday. We will make every effort to ship expedited orders same day if placed before 3pm EST. The day of order processing does not count towards days of transit. If you need product sooner, please visit our Retail Locator for stores in your area. ENO and UPS are both closed throughout the weekend.
Eagles Nest Outfitters’ operating hours are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9am-5pm EST. If you are unable to reach ENO between these hours, please leave a voice message and someone will return your call as soon as possible. We can also be reached through our general mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org.
ENO offers free UPS Ground shipping within the continental US for orders over $150.
Orders must be shipped to a physical address, within the US only. Shipping internationally or to PO Boxes is not available at this time.
ENO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. As UPS/USPS does not require a signature, we do recommend shipping to a secure location.
All packages are shipped from western North Carolina. Please refer to the UPS transit map below for estimated UPS ground delivery.
We will make every effort to ship web orders same day if the order is placed by 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed Fridays after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. Expedited orders placed after 3.30pm EST will ship the following business day. Day of processing and UPS pickup does not count towards days of transit.
United Parcel Service-UPS
Our primary shipping provider is the United Parcel Service (UPS). Expedited shipping services are available and include 1 day, 2 day and 3 day delivery. These options are available at checkout and pricing will be calculated based on location and weight. ENO does not determine shipping costs. Saturday delivery is not available and UPS is unable to deliver to United States Postal Service boxes. UPS is closed weekends and major holidays.
Tracking information will be emailed to the billing email address on file at the time the order is processed. Please check all spam mail folders, as this email is sometimes filtered. If you do not receive this information within 72hrs, please email email@example.com.
United States Postal Service-USPS
We now offer USPS shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses. Shipping options available are Priority (2-4 day transit) and Priority Express (1-2 day transit). These options are available at checkout and pricing will be calculated based on location and weight. ENO does not determine shipping costs.
United States Postal Service-USPS
We offer shipping through the United States Postal Service to international addresses. This shipping option is not yet available through the website, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details. In your email, please include your shipping address and the specific products you would like to order. We will respond with a shipping quote as soon as possible and our International Order Form. Please note that ENO is not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes.
If an order is refused for any reason, you will be refunded for your order less the original shipping plus return shipping costs.
