We know you have heard us rattle on about how our hammocks are good for your health before, but the evidence just keeps rolling in! According to Dr. Stacey Soeldner, a clinical psychologist and life coach, almost 25 percent of our happiness depends on how well we manage our stress levels. Now, 25 percent doesn’t sound much, but Soeldner suggests it all piles up to cause irrational thoughts and unhealthy lifestyles. Here at ENO, we don’t feel that sounds like any fun, and so we were delighted to see what one of Soeldner’s remedies were…hammocks! So, take Soeldner’s advice, sling up a hammock, and rock away the frustrations of your long day at work or school. You can’t say no! The doctor prescribed it!
