WARRANTY/RETURNS

ENO warrants their product(s) to be in good condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original sale date. All warranty issues are eligible for exchange. There will be no credits or refunds. Some product colors may not be available in which case we will replace at our discretion.

You may return any unused ENO product(s) within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will not accept anything we receive after this allotted time. ENO will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you receive an incorrect or defective product). You will be contacted when we receive the returned product.

VERY IMPORTANT: A copy of your sales receipt must be included with any Warranty or Return!

With respectful use, your ENO products will last you a lifetime.

We suggest you remove sharp objects from your pockets before using the hammock, as they could potentially pierce your hammock. Also, refraining from smoking and using smoking devices when sitting in your hammock or shelter, this will prolong the life of your ENO gear.

Our hammocks are machine washable. We suggest you use a mild detergent and just hang it up to dry. Treat all other ENO products like you would a tent or similar camping gear-wash only when absolutely necessary and by hand.

Pillows are machine washable.

Eagles Nest Outfitters respects our customer's privacy and does everything we can to protect your personal information. We do not and will not sell any of your information to other companies.

Any personal information collected during the ordering process, is used solely to verify that your card is being used by you, and for shipping purposes.

   
   
 

In-stock items are shipped within 2-3 days excluding weekends and holidays.

Due to our extensive selection of styles and colors, some items may not be available in which case we will contact you.

We do not send a shipping confirmation unless requested.

Please allow at least 7 days for your order to reach you. Deliveries outside the U.S. may take longer and may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. Please contact our office for all orders outside the U.S.

We ship all orders United Parcel Service (UPS). We ship all items via our ground shipping vendors, but expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes and does not provide weekend delivery.
