ENO warrants their product(s) to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. All warranty issues accompanied by a proof/date of purchase are eligible to be evaluated for possible repair or a onetime replacement. Each warranty item is processed individually and must be returned to ENO along with a completed Warranty Form
. We highly encourage retaining any and all tracking information from your chosen carrier for your records. Missing or incomplete customer information will only delay the evaluation process. Please allow two weeks from the date that we receive the product(s) to be contacted or shipped replacement items. If a product color is not available at the time of replacement, ENO reserves the right to substitute a new color at our discretion.

. Once completed, return the completed form along with the defective product(s) to 24 Buxton Avenue, Asheville, NC, 28801.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials due to UV degradation. All damaged products not covered under warranty or accompanied by a proof/date of purchase will be handled on a case by case basis. If a replacement is not offered, purchase of a new product could be offered at a discounted rate plus the cost of additional shipping and handling charges. Please note that ENO will not warranty products through the REI Garage Sale.

Will ENO repair my hammock?:
ENO will repair your hammock back to (almost) new if the compression stuff sack has come off the hammock, if the compression strap has come off the stuff sack, or if the hammock knots have become untied or are fraying. Repairs are free of charge and no proof of purchase is necessary!
If you think your hammock needs any 1 of these 3 repairs, please send it back to us at 24 Buxton Ave, Asheville, NC 28801. If it needs restitching, please address the package ATTN:RE-STITCH
. If it needs retying, please address the package ATTN:KNOT RE-TIE
Large fabric tears cannot be repaired but may be eligible for replacement (see below). Small holes or burns can be repaired with our Hammock Repair Kit

If you purchased your hammock through our website, and feel that your product has a manufacturing defects, or would like a full refund (if the product is unused and resellable), please fill out the Warranty Form. All of your customer information is stored in our system, so it is important to list your current information on the form, or your product will be returned to the original address on file. All general warranty information applies to products returned to our location.
You may return any unused ENO product(s) purchased from our website (www.eaglesnestoutfittersinc.com), within two weeks of delivery for a full refund less shipping. All refunds will be placed back on the original purchasing card within 72 hours. ENO will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error; meaning you received an incorrect or defective product.
We recommend sending any warranty or returned product through UPS or FedEx.
If you choose to use USPS, ENO cannot guarantee the delivery of your package.
We also recommend you retain all tracking information for your records.
ENO is not responsible for lost in-bound packages.

I purchased an ENO product through an Authorized ENO retailer.
If you purchased an ENO product through an authorized ENO retailer, please direct any warranty or return issues to that location. Please note that REI will not warranty items purchased through their Garage Sale. Each store has a specified return policy, and it will be handled accordingly depending on their process. It is at the retailer's discretion to replace the product on site, contact ENO, or request for product to be sent in for evaluation.
If your warranty item is sent back to ENO to be evaluated for repair or replacement, please allow two weeks for processing. Warranty replacements will only be shipped back to the purchasing retailer for pick up. Expedited return service is available at the original purchasers' expense.
If you have any questions regarding your ENO product return, please contact the retailer where the item was originally purchased. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact ENO directly.
